Building Process

Granite features heavily at Maxwell Park. Excavations prove difficult but ensure solid foundations. Extensively used in landscaping and in pitch faced feature panels of reconstituted stone.

Traditional rendered brick and block cavity construction and suspended concrete block and beam floors combine to give solidity to our homes. Alternatively, timber frame and suspended timber floor for extremely high insulation values.

New Penryhn Welsh slates on hipped low pitched roofs immaculately fixed form one of the most distinctive features at Maxwell Park Homes.

Kitchens and bathrooms are fully fitted including appliances. Workshop made doors, screens and cupboards. Only best quality facings and skirtings are used. The outcome is a superb internal finish.

Conscious of running costs and the environment we use efficient systems and quality fitting in our plumbing, heating and electrical work.

We are very proud of our finished homes and attribute the quality of the end result to the skill and teamwork of local craftsmen and subcontractors.
